How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped same day if you order before 4pm. We typically take 1 business days for handling & processing your order if you order after 4pm. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE for your convenience.

• COD is available on eligible orders.
• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
• Our delivery partner will collect payment upon successful delivery.
• Orders placed with COD that are refused or repeatedly unaccepted may be restricted from future COD eligibility.

Will I receive tracking information?
