- For exchange if customer received wrong order like wrong size or wrong color from Zapped then Zapped will exchange it in free within 3 days, but in case if customer want to change size color or design or customer did not like the item and want to exchange with any other item then for exchange customer have to pay exchange delivery charges which is 15 Dirham Only.
