We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

  1. Zapped have a 7-day exchange policy, which means customer have 7 days after receiving the item to request an exchange or return.

  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. We will create return booking our shipping partner will come and collect parcel.
  4. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. Your refund will be sent to you via email in form of discount code or original payment account based on the refund method you chose.
  5. For exchange if customer received wrong order like wrong size or wrong color from Zapped then Zapped will exchange it in free within 3 days, but in case if customer want to change size color or design or customer did not like the item and want to exchange with any other item then for exchange customer have to pay exchange delivery charges which is 15 Dirham Only.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
